The Challenge
Industrial equipment fails without warning. Operators can't see the cumulative stress and fatigue building inside their machines until something breaks. NStrukt set out to build intelligent digital twins that could give equipment a "sense of self"—tracking real-time strain, learning from historical patterns, and alerting operators before failure occurs.
What I Built
As COO, I led design, marketing and operations. I created the real-time visualization dashboard where operators could monitor stress and strain data from anywhere. I produced all pitch materials including the investor video, and helped shape the product narrative around machines that "sense, learn, and adapt." I also led pitches to Virgin Galactic and Vestas (wind energy).
Result
Developed a working prototype and pitched to major aerospace and renewable energy companies. The startup ultimately didn't find product-market fit, but the technology demonstrated real-time structural health monitoring with predictive failure detection.
