The Challenge

EY needed to improve their recruiting process for early-career candidates. Job seekers often have questions they're too nervous to ask real interviewers—about compensation, dress code, company culture—and that anxiety can hurt both the candidate experience and EY's ability to attract talent.

What I Built

eVe - an AI-powered avatar that candidates can speak with conversationally to prepare for interviews, ask questions about benefits, and learn about company culture. The avatar was designed with behavioral scientists to feel approachable but not uncannily human.

Result

Candidates spending 15-20 minutes in conversation (vs. expected 2-3 minutes); featured in Business Insider.
