The Challenge

I wanted to build a flight sim that rewarded dangerous flying—not the clinical, by-the-book approach of most simulators. The game needed realistic physics that felt satisfying to push to the limit, wrapped in a surreal aesthetic that justified taking risks for their own sake.

What I Built

A complete physics-based flight simulation with 11 aircraft, each with unique flight characteristics. I designed and built the entire game solo: custom flight model, 8 procedurally-generated levels inspired by computer hardware, full modding support with documented flight physics, and a narrative framing device about training an AI autopilot through risky maneuvers. My background as a licensed pilot informed the flight model design.

Result
